Al Anderson is the President of ACCOUNTability Plus, LLC, a global leader in accounting and assurance advancement. He is the Founder of A&A Leaders Leagues, a collaboration of leaders redefining A&A for the future. He is a frequent speaker and educator who works directly with auditors and firms to transform their A&A services. Over his career spanning more than three decades, Al worked from staff auditor to Senior Vice President at the AICPA before creating ACCOUNTability Plus, LLC. Denise Clayton Delahanty, MBA, is the Co-Founder and Partner of A&A Leaders Leagues, a key service line of ACCOUNTability Plus, LLC. As the lead culture transformational consultant for ACCOUNTability Plus, Denise works with firms to help them align people with their processes and systems. Denise has consulted in a variety of industries and organizations and is passionate about helping firms align what they say they are outside the firm with what they really are inside. Tyler Anderson, CPA, Manager of Audit Innovation
Tyler Anderson, CPA, Manager of Audit Innovation, who's work applies the motto "It doesn't have to be this way," is dedicated to finding better and more efficient ways of doing things.
Prior to joining ACCOUNTability Plus, LLC, Tyler worked as an auditor in public accounting and internal audit for state government. Tyler has served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for the past 16 years, currently as the Battery Commander of A Battery 1-125 Field Artillery. From 2009-2010, he was deployed in Iraq, serving as a gun truck commander in a convoy escort team where he gained valuable leadership experience in demanding situations.
The combination of his military experience and public accounting expertise influences his unique approach to teamwork, workflow, and continuous improvement. His experience has included work as a key developer on CPA.com's award-winning OnPoint PCR platform and methodology.
Tyler holds a Bachelors of Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Corey Schmidt, CPA, Manager of Audit Innovation
Corey Schmidt, CPA, Manger of Audit Innovation, joined ACCOUNTability Plus, LLC with a decade of diverse public accounting experience, primarily focused on providing audit and assurance services to clients in a variety of industries.
Corey relies on his analytical abilities to assist his clients in gaining a thorough understanding of their financial situation and how certain decisions will impact their organization. He is passionate about working with all levels of the organization to provide accurate financial data and improve future results.
Outside work, Corey likes to golf, fish, travel, and spend time with his sons Sully and Sawyer.
Susan Asplund, Operations Manager
Through her organizational business, Susan has helped both private and public organizations develop systems to promote efficiency and streamline their office procedures. She also serves as an online ESL teacher to children in China and provides academic support to students who are first-generation English speakers or in special education.
Susan has won both state and national awards for her work in volunteerism.
Susan holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Teaching (Special Education) from Walden University. She also holds certificates in teaching English as a Second Language from Arizona State University and Open University. She is a lifelong learner and is eager to explore.
